About the role

The Logistics Senior Team Leader will drive end‑to‑end logistics solutions for a global energy technology company, ensuring on‑time pickup and delivery of goods while managing costs and process improvements. You will lead a team, oversee supplier audits, and collaborate across functions to support a sustainable supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead logistics operations to meet on‑time pickup and delivery targets.
• Manage logistics costs to align with budgets and operational plans.
• Conduct supplier audits, ensure compliance, and advise on improvement plans.
• Redesign processes regularly in response to changing circumstances or management needs.
• Communicate effectively with other functional areas and influence peers to achieve objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of logistics experience.
• Minimum of 3 additional years of logistics experience, preferably in the energy sector in the Middle East.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven ability to lead a team and develop its members.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Transport Management System.
