Logistics Specialist – Merchandise (MAF Lifestyle)

About the role

The Logistics Specialist will manage day‑to‑day supply chain and logistics operations for Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle’s merchandise division, ensuring efficient, cost‑effective processes that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end supply chain activities for the assigned merchandise area.
• Manage Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes in line with ETE and SLA requirements.
• Register products with regulatory bodies and keep all certifications up to date.
• Validate service provider invoices against agreed terms and submit billing invoices in the appropriate systems.
• Monitor daily replenishments, store launches, returns, and deliveries of merchandise and non‑merchandise items.
• Provide timely, accurate information to internal and external stakeholders to support business decisions.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably within a high‑volume, multi‑site retail environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail.
