Logistics Supervisor – Offshore Marine Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead offshore drilling and marine logistics operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating vessel schedules, managing cargo movements, and ensuring compliance with safety and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise loading, unloading, back‑loading and storage at jetties and shore bases.
• Coordinate vessel schedules, sailing plans and cargo priorities with offshore drilling teams and vessel masters.
• Manage cargo movements, material bundling, transport arrangements and shipment readiness.
• Ensure accurate documentation, cargo manifests, inspections and material tracking.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, port authorities and ADNOC affiliates.
• Monitor compliance with HSE standards, company procedures and maritime safety requirements.
• Maintain logistics records, reports and 24/7 operational readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marine Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5–8 years of offshore logistics experience, preferably supporting drilling or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of offshore support vessels, port and jetty operations.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
