Loss Prevention Coordinator – Hospitality Security

About the role

The Loss Prevention Coordinator monitors security systems, responds to emergencies, and supports guests and staff at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi. The role ensures safety, protects assets, and upholds the brand’s Gold Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms and fire‑life safety systems, dispatching incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Provide first aid/CPR, assist guests and employees during emergencies, and document incidents.
• Conduct investigations of theft, fraud, noise, assault, food‑poisoning and other guest complaints, gathering evidence and preparing reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of security reports, release information only to authorized individuals, and support insurance notifications.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of loss‑prevention or security experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Some college education; CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
• Ability to work extended shifts, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb unaided and 75 lb with assistance.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
