Loss Prevention Shift Leader – Dubai

About the role

The Loss Prevention Shift Leader is responsible for safeguarding the JW Marriott property in Dubai, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and assets. This role leads the security team during each shift, conducts inspections, and responds to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the hotel, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS as needed.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Prepare incident reports, maintain confidentiality, and provide necessary paperwork to employees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of loss‑prevention or security experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team.
