Lounge Hostess - Elements, Atlantis The Royal

About the role

As a Hostess at Elements, you will be the first point of contact for guests at Atlantis The Royal, a luxury resort on the Palm Island. The role combines welcoming guests, managing the waiting list and guiding them to their tables, while showcasing effective communication, customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and inform them of their wait time
• Monitor the waiting list
• Show guests to their tables
• Bide farewell to guests as they leave
• Carry out natural conversations with guests using charm and good communication
• Attend external and internal training courses and develop food and beverage acumen

Required profile

• Ideally international exposure in a similar role, or 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel and high-end restaurant
• Excellent communication skills
