About the role
The Butler at St. Regis Abu Dhabi delivers high‑touch, personalized service, acting as the primary face of the iconic Butler program. This role creates bespoke experiences for guests throughout their stay, ensuring every need is anticipated and fulfilled.
Key responsibilities
- Provide bespoke guest experiences from pre‑arrival through departure, coordinating with all hotel departments.
- Manage and direct Butler Valets, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively, building strong rapport.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all hotel policies and safety standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of related hospitality or service experience.
- Ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Commitment to delivering uncompromising service standards.
