Luxury Butler for High-End Serviced Residence

About the role

We are seeking a polished, attentive Butler to deliver highly personalized service to residents and guests at InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on creating seamless, memorable experiences through proactive anticipation of needs and discreet assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests, manage arrival and departure logistics.
• Build strong relationships, learn individual preferences, and tailor services accordingly.
• Assist with luggage, unpacking, room orientation, and other personal requests.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation, special occasions, deliveries, and other arrangements.
• Liaise with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of requests.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Recognize VIPs and returning guests, ensuring consistent delivery of their preferences.
• Respond to feedback, follow up on requests, and resolve concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations professional, Concierge, or similar luxury hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, polished demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate resident needs.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
