Luxury Retail Manager – New Premium Concept

About the role

Shamal Holding is launching a new premium consumer concept in Dubai and seeks a dynamic manager to own the business end‑to‑end. You will be responsible for driving revenue, growth and delivering an exceptional guest experience from pre‑opening through early trading.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the launch of the new concept, overseeing pre‑opening set‑up, opening and early operations.
• Own commercial performance, including revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Develop business through corporate partnerships, brand collaborations, events and new client channels.
• Build a loyal, high‑value client base with personalised clienteling and premium service.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and brand partners to shape the business plan and maintain brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3‑5 years of leadership experience in luxury retail, premium lifestyle or high‑end hospitality.
• Proven P&L ownership and track record of commercial results.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience with store or boutique openings is an advantage.
