Machine Operator – Food Manufacturing

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai involves setting up, operating and monitoring food manufacturing machinery to ensure consistent production output while meeting quality, safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine equipment checks, basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues to minimise downtime.
• Follow production schedules, accurately record output and any deviations, and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and regulatory requirements and support continuous‑improvement initiatives on the floor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in machinery or production operations is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in food manufacturing/FMCG production environments.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, read basic technical instructions and maintain accurate production records.

Required skills

• Machine operation of food manufacturing equipment.
• Quality control – inspection and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Use of hand tools for basic adjustments, minor repairs and routine equipment maintenance.
