About the role
Daikan is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support our restaurant and kitchen facilities across the UAE. The role involves routine upkeep, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to keep all equipment operating smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across restaurant and kitchen facilities.
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure equipment remains in good working condition.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and assist with emergency repairs when required.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical works, and plumbing.
- Previous experience in restaurant, commercial kitchen, or hospitality maintenance is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
