Manager - Asset Reliability And Performance

About the role

AD Ports Group is seeking a Manager to lead asset reliability and performance across its global portfolio. The role provides technical leadership, drives data‑driven decision‑making, and ensures alignment with ISO 55001, IAM guidelines and SMRP best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement group‑wide asset performance management procedures.
• Analyse financial and operational asset data using Oracle Fusion and Maximo Application Suite.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports for all clusters and subsidiaries.
• Monitor KPIs related to reliability, availability and utilization.
• Implement and optimise Maximo APM functionalities.
• Conduct advanced reliability analyses (FMEA, RCA, Weibull, criticality assessments).
• Track and improve metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, availability and utilization.
• Identify under‑performing assets and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 55001 and support internal/external audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in asset management or reliability engineering, preferably in a senior or managerial capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Leadership skills to manage a team of experts and senior specialists.
• Familiarity with international asset management standards (ISO 55001, IAM, SMRP).
