Manager - Business Banking Regulatory Reporting

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s Business Banking team as a Manager responsible for regulatory reporting governance. You will ensure that reporting obligations are met in line with the bank’s policies, regulatory expectations and risk standards, while supporting continuous improvement of reporting controls.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Business Banking regulatory reporting requirements and monitor adherence to approved processes.
• Review reporting inputs, dependencies and control requirements to guarantee accurate and auditable outcomes.
• Validate regulatory data for completeness, consistency and source alignment, identifying gaps and exceptions before submission.
• Monitor data‑quality issues and reporting control trends, driving corrective actions and reducing recurring exceptions.
• Manage regulatory change implementation, maintaining action trackers and ensuring timely closure of deliverables.
• Analyse gaps from internal reviews or regulatory changes and support sustainable control enhancements.
• Develop and present reporting dashboards, status updates and management information for oversight.
• Provide clear insights to stakeholders and governance forums to support decision‑making and escalation of material issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory reporting within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data completeness and consistency.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and reporting governance best practices.
• Ability to track remediation actions and drive implementation of control improvements.
