About the role
Etihad Airways is seeking a Manager Cabin Appearance to oversee and control cabin appearance operations, ensuring safe, secure, and on‑time delivery of services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day direction and guidance to ensure consistent, safe, reliable delivery of operations and services.
- Manage recurrent and extraordinary operational issues to ensure timely service recovery and compliance with regulations.
- Create and monitor working shifts, review and approve rosters and overtime payments for EY and GHA staff.
- Conduct briefing and de‑briefing sessions, create operational instructions and reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure continuous operations and monitor adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
- Monitor equipment usage, assist in administration activities, and review operational documents such as HACCP.
- Coach and provide feedback to staff, support outstations, and handle OCRs and GSRs for corrective actions.
- Review invoicing processes and approve purchase orders for the Cabin Appearance function.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma (2 years or more).
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
