Manager - Cash & Trade Products

About the role

The Transaction Banking Services unit is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead the design, enhancement, and commercialization of Cash & Trade products for corporate banking channels. You will shape digital journeys, drive product adoption, and ensure seamless client experiences across cash management and trade finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, enhancement, and commercialization of Cash & Trade products.
• Drive product adoption through benchmarking, digital marketing, and sales enablement programs.
• Define user experience, digital journeys, and customer engagement models for transactional platforms.
• Coordinate with technology, operations, compliance, and platform teams to deliver product initiatives on time.
• Develop product roadmaps, business cases, and communication strategies aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Banking or Technology.
• 7–10 years of regional banking experience in Cash Management and Trade Finance products.
• Strong knowledge of transaction banking platforms, digital journeys and product lifecycle management.
• Proven stakeholder management, communication and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Experience in product commercialization, customer engagement and regulatory compliance within corporate banking.
