Manager – Corporate and Field Accounts

About the role

The Field Account & Corporate Manager will act as the primary representative for the distribution channel, overseeing both field and corporate accounts across the GCC and Jordan. The role drives growth, market share and brand visibility through strategic account management and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the Field Accounts channel by expanding account potential, increasing productivity and scaling partners aligned with strategic priorities.
• Deliver annual revenue, margin and sell‑through targets for both Field Accounts and Corporate business.
• Lead forecasting, maintain accurate books, manage inventory, stock turnover and liquidation.
• Collaborate with retailers to improve brand performance, build business plans and drive GTM excellence.
• Identify, qualify and convert new corporate opportunities across companies, institutions, clubs and events.
• Maintain strong commercial relationships with buyers, merchandisers and corporate decision‑makers.
• Ensure disciplined account management, timely payments, credit control and contractual compliance.
• Analyze sell‑in, sell‑out, inventory and margin data to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in account management, sales, business development or distribution management with a strong focus on partner relationships and revenue growth.
