Manager – Gaming Accounting

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Manager to lead its Gaming Accounting team. The role involves overseeing all accounting functions related to gaming operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations for gaming, including revenue audit, cash management, and reconciliation of gaming and non‑gaming revenues.
• Oversee preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for gaming operations.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve profitability and cost control.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor gaming accounting staff.
• Implement and improve accounting systems and processes.
• Liaise with gaming operations, cage, and other departments to resolve accounting issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a gaming or hospitality environment and 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and gaming regulations.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced team.
