Manager – Gaming Credit & Collections

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an experienced Manager to lead its Gaming Credit & Collections team. The role involves overseeing credit policies, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and mentor the gaming credit and collections team.
• Review and endorse credit applications, verify guest creditworthiness, and monitor outstanding balances.
• Prepare regular reports on credit status, risk exposure and aging of accounts for management.
• Negotiate payment arrangements, coordinate collection efforts and liaise with legal counsel when required.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with gaming operations, finance, cage and legal teams to resolve credit issues.
• Support audits, maintain confidentiality of financial data and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in credit management or collections, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a gaming, hospitality or related environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of international legal frameworks for credit issuance and collection.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication abilities.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting or credit management software.
