Manager, Hire-to-Retire Process

About the role

Lead transformation initiatives across the end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Retire lifecycle for Dubai Holding Group Services, designing future‑state processes and operating models while partnering with Human Capital, IT and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Design standardized, digitally enabled future‑state Hire‑to‑Retire processes, operating models and service definitions.
• Translate transformation priorities into project plans, business requirements, governance structures and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Human Capital teams, Group IT, advisers and vendors to deliver HCM technology, workflow automation and employee self‑service solutions.
• Use workforce and process data to develop business cases, identify improvement opportunities and track transformation benefits.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and support change‑management, communication, training and adoption activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline.
• 6‑10 years of experience in HR transformation, business transformation, HR shared services or management consulting.
• Hands‑on experience designing Hire‑to‑Retire processes and future‑state operating models.
• Experience delivering process and technology change across HCM environments in complex, multi‑entity organisations.
• Broad knowledge of the end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Retire lifecycle and multiple HR functional areas.
• UAE or GCC experience with strong analytical, stakeholder‑management, project‑delivery and change‑management capabilities.
