Manager – IS Performance DGDI & GVMO

About the role

The Service Manager will define and communicate financial topics (cost & revenue) for TSA and on‑demand services, protecting Thales’ interests with clients and providers. This senior position works at a global level, advising on legal and finance matters related to transition service agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on legal and finance matters, including reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts for global transition service agreements.
• Identify legal risks with the Program Director and implement mitigation strategies across projects.
• Manage external counsel for IS/IT and strategic issues, and liaise with Group Corporate functions.
• Ensure compliance with evolving laws and regulations, and handle day‑to‑day business, finance, and legal tasks.
• Control program evaluation, raise risks, manage vendor relationships, and define provider finance and legal strategy.

Required profile

• Significant experience drafting, negotiating, or advising on transactional operations, corporate M&A, and corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field; professional legal and finance qualifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and high professional ethics.
• Excellent command of English and solid knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management.
