Manager Leasing - Retail

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE set to open in 2027, is looking for a Manager Leasing to join its Retail team. The role acts as the main operational contact for leased-store tenants from pre-opening through ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tenant opening readiness, coordinating access, permits, inspections, staffing, training, systems, deliveries, merchandising and operational approvals
• Monitor compliance with lease obligations, property rules, operating hours, brand standards, health and safety requirements and regulations
• Conduct regular store inspections and operational reviews, document deficiencies and follow up on corrective actions
• Coordinate with Security, Facilities, Finance, Legal, Marketing and other resort departments to resolve tenant issues
• Manage tenant communications, service requests, incident follow-up, access requirements, deliveries and escalations
• Track store performance, compliance, guest feedback and incidents, and report findings to senior management
• Support tenants in resort promotions, events, VIP initiatives and cross-property programs
• Maintain accurate operational records, tenant contacts, approvals, compliance documentation and incident logs
• Represent the property and the Wynn brand and ensure tenants know the resort's amenities and guest-service standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field (RICS or similar certification is a plus)
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leasing or property management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of lease agreements, real estate law and retail leasing practices
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and work across departments
