Manager – Medical Team & Client Accommodation

About the role

Transguard Group is seeking a Manager to lead its Medical Team and Client Accommodation function within the Group Human Resources hub in Dubai. The role oversees employee welfare, medical case management, accommodation inspections and overall employee support throughout the employment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report medical expenses, ensuring cases approaching insurance limits are escalated.
• Process employee exits, disciplinary outcomes and welfare cases to minimise legal and financial risk.
• Act as escalation point for complex welfare, medical, accommodation and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate support for hospitalized employees and manage the end‑to‑end deceased employee process.
• Maintain accurate trackers for medical incidents, sick‑leave trends, accommodation inspections and employee relations cases.
• Use Power BI dashboards and data analytics to identify trends, risks and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and its amendments.
• Minimum 2 years of people‑management experience leading a team of at least four HR professionals.
• Advanced English communication skills (EPT 4).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Power BI (basic) for data visualisation and reporting.
• SharePoint (advanced) for document and workflow management.
• Systems analysis capability to understand and improve databases and processes.
