Manager – PPP Transaction Advisory (Middle East & Central Asia)

About the role

The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking a Manager for Corporate Transaction Advisory – PPP covering the Middle East, Turkiye, Central Asia, Afghanistan and Pakistan. The role is based in Riyadh or Dubai and reports to regional Division Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a specialized transaction team across the region, ensuring high performance and motivation.
• Develop and implement the regional PPP advisory strategy, originating and executing a pipeline of mandates and programs.
• Oversee preparation of transaction reports, due diligence, structuring documents, and contracts.
• Foster relationships with World Bank Group counterparts and regional stakeholders, including governments, sponsors, investors and NGOs.
• Manage financial and operational risks in the regional PPP portfolio and contribute to IFC’s global practice.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in finance, business, law, public policy or related field.
• At least 12 years of relevant professional experience, with extensive advisory transaction experience in infrastructure and public services.
• Proven ability to lead a geographically dispersed, multicultural team and make accountable decisions.
• Strong business judgment, credibility and experience in product development and risk management.
