Manager - Workforce Mobilization (UAE National)

About the role

A leading transportation and mobility organization in the UAE is looking for an experienced Manager – Workforce Mobilization. The role focuses on planning, deploying and managing drivers, supervisors and operational staff across large and diverse fleets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage workforce mobilization activities for large‑scale transportation operations.
• Plan and coordinate deployment and readiness of drivers, supervisors and operational workforce across multiple fleet categories and locations.
• Develop mobilization plans based on fleet size, demand, routes, contracts and service requirements.
• Ensure timely onboarding, allocation, deployment and operational readiness of personnel.
• Monitor workforce availability, utilization, productivity, attendance and operational coverage.
• Anticipate manpower gaps and create contingency and replacement plans.
• Establish and monitor workforce‑related KPIs and SLAs, providing regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, safety requirements and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Fleet Operations, HR, Recruitment, Training and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in transportation, fleet operations, workforce mobilization or large‑scale manpower deployment.
• Strong experience managing workforce requirements for large and diverse transportation fleets.
• Proven experience in mobilizing and deploying drivers, supervisors and operational personnel.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations, fleet requirements, workforce planning and operational readiness.
• Experience supporting high‑volume operations with multiple fleet types, locations, routes and service requirements.
• Strong leadership, planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
• UAE transportation and mobility sector experience is highly desirable.
