About the role
The Managing Director will oversee portfolio performance and lead strategic initiatives across investments for an investment and asset management platform operating in private equity, real estate, and operating businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the investment committee on capital deployment, portfolio optimisation, and value creation plans.
- Manage relationships with portfolio company leadership and external partners.
- Support fundraising, investor relations, and exit strategies.
- Provide governance and execution oversight across the portfolio.
Required profile
- Senior leadership experience in investment management, private equity, or family office environments.
- Strong exposure to portfolio oversight and value creation.
- Experience operating in the UAE or GCC markets is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated commercial judgment, governance maturity, and stakeholder credibility.
- Excellent financial acumen and board‑level communication skills.
