About the role

You will be the first point of contact for prospective families, managing the journey from initial enquiry through to application and enrolment. This sales‑focused, target‑driven role requires strong relationship‑building skills and commercial awareness.

Key responsibilities

Manage prospective families from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Drive conversion from enquiry to application and from application to enrolment.
Conduct consultative sales conversations and handle objections.
Maintain accurate CRM records and use pipeline data to prioritise activity.

Required profile

Fluent Mandarin with excellent spoken and written English.
Proven experience in sales, business development, admissions or relationship management.
Strong track record of achieving commercial targets.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
