Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Veloxitas, a Dubai-based strategy practice that helps B2B organisations improve their market presence, is hiring a full-time remote Marketing Assistant. The role supports day-to-day marketing operations and client project execution, working closely with sales and strategy teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with market research, compile and organise data, and prepare reports and presentations for internal and client use.
• Coordinate marketing activities and support customer communication.
• Draft marketing content and maintain contact lists and CRM records.
• Schedule meetings and track campaign performance.
• Collaborate with sales and strategy teams on campaigns and outreach.

Required profile

• A background in marketing, business, communications or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior internship or assistant experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work remotely, manage priorities independently and adapt to changing project requirements.

Required skills

• Communication and customer service skills.
• Market research skills to collect, analyse and summarise data.
• Sales and sales and marketing skills to support lead generation and follow-up.
• Organisational, time management and administrative skills with attention to detail.
