Marketing Associate - B2B

About the role

ICAN, a management consultancy connecting organizations with consultants and subject matter experts in strategy, transformation, organizational design and people advisory, is hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing Associate in Dubai. The role strengthens the firm's market presence, runs B2B campaigns and supports business development through content, proposals and client-facing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and run B2B marketing campaigns, defining audiences, messaging and creative briefs
• Manage the social media presence, especially LinkedIn, including content calendars and publishing
• Create content showcasing expertise, services, opportunities and project experience
• Develop email campaigns and outreach sequences with the business development team
• Draft proposals, capability statements, credentials decks and service presentations, working with consultants to turn technical input into clear documents
• Maintain a library of approved case studies, consultant profiles, proposal templates and marketing materials
• Update website content, landing pages and enquiry forms, and track campaign performance and leads
• Keep contacts and leads organized in the CRM and coordinate external designers and suppliers

Required profile

• B2B marketing experience, ideally in consulting, professional services, recruitment, technology or a related sector
• Experience setting up and running campaigns, including audience targeting, messaging, launch and performance tracking
• Hands-on experience managing company social media, particularly LinkedIn
• Ability to write clear, persuasive content and turn briefs and technical input into polished materials
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage
