Marketing & Communications Officer (Emirati Talent - Male)

About the role

M42 delivers healthcare services across the full continuum of care, from primary care to advanced specialty treatments, with a global presence of more than 480 facilities in 27 countries. Its National Reference Laboratory (NRL) network of 12 facilities in the UAE provides diagnostic services to the M42 network and partners with more than 250 clients. The employer is looking for a proactive and creative Officer, Marketing and Communications to support the planning and execution of marketing, branding and communication initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns, coordinate events and strengthen the organisation's brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of marketing and communication strategies, campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including social media, public relations and corporate communications.
• Assist in planning and managing events, sponsorships and employee engagement activities.
• Develop, proofread and coordinate marketing content and communication materials in English.
• Coordinate marketing requests from internal stakeholders and ensure timely execution.
• Support market research and benchmarking, and prepare reports measuring campaign performance and outcomes.
• Liaise with external agencies, media partners and vendors.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Excellent organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, branding and communication principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
