Marketing Communications Specialist – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Marketing Communications Specialist will create and deliver impactful Arabic and English marketing communications that boost brand visibility across the GCC. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role ensures consistent messaging and high‑quality content across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality Arabic and English content that respects GCC linguistic nuances and cultural sensitivities.
• Plan, coordinate and support integrated marketing campaigns and promotional events, including logistics and multi‑channel promotion.
• Produce engaging content such as social media posts, website copy, press releases, and basic photo/video assets.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, marketing agencies, media partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with the regional marketing community to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
• Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and corporate standards.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, content development or a related field within the GCC.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills; strong English communication abilities.
• Proven experience in campaign planning, event support and multi‑channel marketing.
