Marketing Coordinator / AMI (Emirati Nationals Only)

About the role

This position supports the AMI marketing department by coordinating events, assisting digital and social media campaigns, creating original content, and conducting market research.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track marketing programs such as email, events, social media, and HCP marketing.
• Independently coordinate AMI events, handling logistics, registrations, vendor relations, itineraries, and marketing collateral.
• Develop and manage content and social media initiatives, including blogs and public relations efforts.
• Manage the AMI Digital World platform, ensuring targets are met and overseeing localization and approval of video resources.
• Prepare documentation, run approval processes, and ensure compliance with AMI protocols.
• Handle Veeva approval processes for invitations and agendas, and coordinate agency contracts and payments.
• Provide on‑site assistance for trainings and events, including material preparation, sample tracking, photography, and speaker logistics.
• Monitor compliance for clinical facilitations and maintain related documentation.
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting and analyzing market, research, and sales data.
• Research competitive products, maintain research databases, and monitor budgets against plans and forecasts.

Required profile

• University degree in business, marketing, medical or pharmaceutical sciences.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Project‑management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the UAE.
