Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns, events and day‑to‑day marketing operations. The role acts as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring that marketing work ships on time and meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage the marketing calendar, project trackers and vendor logistics.
• Support content production, including creating briefs, reviewing drafts and publishing.
• Help plan and run virtual and in‑person events.
• Maintain CRM, marketing automation and asset library hygiene.
• Pull weekly reports on campaign performance and surface actionable insights.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing coordinator, assistant or similar role.
• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Asana and Trello.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Bias for action and willingness to own unglamorous details.
