Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Mason Circle is looking for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. The coordinator plays a key part in planning, executing and optimising marketing strategies so that brand awareness and engagement grow, working closely with other departments to align marketing with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and running marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and print channels
• Work with the content team on blog posts, social media content, newsletters and promotional materials
• Manage and grow the social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with the community and analysing performance metrics
• Research market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to inform strategy
• Help plan and run promotional events, trade shows and other marketing initiatives
• Track campaign results, analyse them and report with data-driven recommendations
• Work with the sales team, designers and external vendors to keep marketing aligned with business goals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC and social media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team; event planning experience is a plus

• Digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot, or similar platforms
