Marketing Director – FMCG (Dubai)

About the role

Gateworth is partnering with a leading international FMCG organisation to recruit a Marketing Director for its regional headquarters in Dubai. The role will shape regional marketing strategy, drive brand visibility and support business growth across multiple consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of integrated consumer marketing campaigns across retail, trade and digital channels to boost brand awareness and revenue.
• Collaborate with sales, supply‑chain, product and retail teams to align marketing plans with commercial objectives and market‑share targets.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships and promotional initiatives to extend brand reach.
• Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports, analysing engagement, ROI and contribution to business goals.
• Oversee marketing P&L, budget allocation and ROI monitoring across media, trade and digital spend.
• Drive product development, launch activations and tailor strategies to local market conditions.
• Develop retail and merchandising strategies based on consumer insights and regional dynamics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 8‑9 years of regional marketing leadership experience in FMCG, food & beverage or manufacturing.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
• Proven record of designing and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple Middle‑East markets with full ownership of marketing spend.
• Experience in an international organisation, balancing global brand direction with local market needs.
• Strong project‑management, communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
