Marketing Director – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a senior Marketing Director to lead Elevate’s in‑house marketing function in Dubai. The role combines strategic brand development with hands‑on execution for luxury real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and elevate Elevate’s brand identity across all platforms, ensuring a consistent luxury narrative.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, print, experiential, PR) and lead go‑to‑market planning for new developments.
• Build and manage an internal team of designers, content creators and digital marketers, and oversee external agency relationships.
• Direct visual and copy output for campaigns, sales collateral, video and digital content, maintaining high creative standards.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and audience insight to refine market positioning and identify high‑impact collaborations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of senior marketing experience, preferably in luxury real‑estate or premium lifestyle sectors.
• Strong design sensibility and proven ability to position premium brands.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and managing creative teams and agency networks.
• Excellent collaboration skills with sales, design and development teams.
