Marketing & Events Intern – Watches & Fine Jewellery

About the role

CHANEL is looking for a Marketing & Events Intern for its Watches & Fine Jewellery (WFJ) business across the Middle East. The intern supports the Marketing Manager and the wider team in implementing innovative marketing plans and memorable events, gaining hands-on experience in luxury marketing, boutique activations and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing 360-degree marketing animation plans across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate the launch of new WFJ collections in boutiques, including visual merchandising, event preparation and distribution of tools and assets.
• Work with Visual Merchandising, Commercial, CRM and Digital teams on cross-functional projects.
• Support the High-End business team with client selection, invitation management and private viewing schedules.
• Carry out competitive analysis on products, pricing and client services.
• Partner with the Training team to engage the retail community across Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewellery boutiques.
• Help organize and run boutique events, from invitation to post-event follow-up.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience (internship or coursework) in marketing or events is essential.
• Strong command of English; Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of digital tools is an advantage.
• Strong organization, multitasking and communication skills, with a creative eye for detail and aesthetics.
