Marketing Executive - Construction & Building Materials

About the role

HSW Naqsh Interior Design LLC is hiring a Marketing Executive in Dubai to manage branding, digital marketing and client engagement for its construction and building materials business. The role covers digital and offline campaigns, event support and lead tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Support exhibitions and industry events (e.g. Big 5, industry forums), including booth planning and lead follow-up
• Produce marketing collateral, proposals and presentation decks
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors and internal project teams
• Track leads and campaign performance and prepare regular reports

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, including brand management, digital campaigns, channel marketing and event execution
• Experience in construction, building materials or B2B project marketing is advantageous
• Diploma or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
• Good business English for writing and presentations, and strong collaboration with clients, suppliers and project teams

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• CRM, digital advertising platforms and design tools are a bonus
