Marketing Executive - Email Campaign Specialist (Remote)

The role is hands-on, centred on planning, writing and running high-performing email campaigns with modern CRM and marketing automation tools. Key responsibilities

• Plan and run email campaigns such as newsletters, announcements and onboarding flows
• Write persuasive, structured email copy with clear calls to action
• Improve email content based on performance data and best practices
• Maintain contact lists, segments, tags and pipelines in a CRM
• Build and maintain simple automations like drip sequences, autoresponders and lead nurturing flows
• Keep CRM data accurate and follow campaign documentation and quality checks
• Draft social media posts aligned with brand tone and digital campaigns
• Support other marketing tasks and learn data-driven workflows and basic campaign analytics

Required profile

• Proven experience or coursework in email marketing (non-negotiable)
• Strong copywriting skills and clear understanding of email structure, subject lines, CTAs and user intent
• Excellent written English and attention to spelling, grammar and formatting
• Ability to work independently remotely, manage time and meet tight deadlines
• Interest in automation, segmentation and performance tracking
