Marketing Executive for Volkswagen Showroom

About the role

Al Nabooda Automobiles is seeking a creative Marketing Executive to support the Volkswagen showroom in Dubai. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the AVME team to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across new, pre‑owned, and after‑sales segments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in creating and implementing the annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with senior management and business partners.
• Manage content for the New Cars and Certified Used Car websites, coordinating with internal stakeholders, agencies and the AVME marketing team.
• Own the ANA‑VW social media channels, oversee the agency, plan monthly content calendars, and handle customer feedback.
• Coordinate boosted social media campaigns and support first‑party communications via email, SMS and digital channels.
• Maintain internal newsletters, POSM design, retail stationery, and inventory of marketing assets.
• Identify and execute paid media opportunities (ATL, BTL, digital) and monitor campaign KPIs.
• Develop experiential marketing concepts, manage event agencies and freelancers, and report on campaign performance.
• Support digital lead management, maintain martech tools, and monitor CRM KPIs such as lead follow‑up and data quality.
• Assist with public relations, influencer marketing, translation needs, and legal approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in the UAE/Middle East automobile sector.
• Proven track record of achieving marketing targets.
