Marketing Executive – Instax Brand (MEA)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, hands‑on Marketing Executive to join the Instax marketing team and lead day‑to‑day brand activities across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. You will work closely with creative and media agencies, regional distributors, and cross‑functional teams in Dubai and Tokyo to ensure consistent brand execution.

Key responsibilities

• Brief and manage creative and media agencies on monthly content calendars, campaign assets, and seasonal promotions.
• Review and approve all campaign assets to ensure brand alignment and cultural appropriateness across MEA markets.
• Oversee photo/video shoots, product placements, and campaign rollouts from concept to delivery.
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of paid social and digital campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and emerging regional platforms.
• Track performance metrics (reach, impressions, CPM, engagement) and compile monthly/quarterly reports.
• Collaborate with agencies to optimise budget allocation and audience targeting.
• Act as primary contact for regional distributors, managing marketing requirements, stock activations, and local campaign execution.
• Travel across the MEA region to audit distributor activations, support market launches, and ensure consistent deployment of POS and localized materials.
• Plan and execute consumer activations, retail pop‑ups, and trade events, handling logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and budgets.

Required profile

• At least 24 months (2 years) of relevant marketing experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the MEA region.
