Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Executive to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The role will focus on developing and executing marketing plans that boost brand visibility and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support brand visibility and growth.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer and competitor data to inform strategies.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Support sales initiatives through lead generation and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations and other collateral.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports and optimise results.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop and execute market planning and marketing strategies.
• Strong market research skills with the ability to gather, analyse and interpret insights.
• Effective verbal and written communication for internal and external audiences.
• Experience in sales and marketing supporting lead generation and revenue growth.
• Relevant experience in marketing or sales, preferably within a similar industry or regional market.
• Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, social media and analytics tools.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates and collaborate within multicultural teams.
