Marketing Executive – Luxury Private Club

About the role

The First Group Hospitality’s exclusive private members’ club in Abu Dhabi is looking for a creative, proactive Marketing Executive to support brand, communications and member‑engagement initiatives. The role will help deliver campaigns that reinforce the club’s position as a leading luxury destination while driving membership growth and revenue‑generating activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
• Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and member touchpoints.
• Manage digital channels including social media, website content, CRM, and email marketing.
• Create engaging content and collateral showcasing the club’s lifestyle, dining, events and facilities.
• Coordinate promotion of club events, VIP occasions, seasonal campaigns and partnerships.
• Work with external agencies, photographers, videographers and designers as required.
• Collaborate with Membership, Events, F&B and Operations teams to deliver effective marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance, digital analytics and member engagement, preparing regular reports and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related field.
• 2‑3 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs or premium brands.
• Strong content creation, copywriting and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media, CRM, email marketing and digital campaign performance.
• Professional, discreet and comfortable working in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
