Marketing Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Marketing Executive in Dubai for a property and real estate business. The role covers designing and executing marketing strategies focused on tenants, brokers and investors, building the company's brand and managing marketing budgets and results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing strategies and tactics that communicate the company's brand, focusing on tenants, brokers and investors
• Conduct market research on customer needs, current market conditions and competitors, and analyse customer research
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Expand marketing platforms, including social media
• Manage the productivity of marketing plans and projects, and monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Determine and manage the marketing budget, deliver activities within budget, and report on ROI and key performance metrics
• Develop pricing strategy, create marketing presentations and liaise with media and advertising
• Collaborate with the sales function and monitor industry best practices

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in the real estate or property development market
• Expertise in digital marketing
• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic (an added advantage)

• Handling social media, campaigns, events and websites to drive market activity
• Experience with relevant software applications
