Marketing Executive – Resort & Beach Club

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to lead all marketing initiatives for our resort and beach club in Abu Dhabi. Reporting directly to the Corporate VP of Marketing & Revenue and the General Manager, you will shape the brand, drive guest engagement and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness, guest engagement and bookings.
• Manage brand identity, digital content and promotional assets to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
• Oversee social media engagement, guest reviews and digital advertising to boost visibility.
• Design promotions and loyalty programmes that encourage repeat visits.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
• Build relationships with local influencers, media outlets and strategic partners.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine strategies.
• Plan and promote resort events, beach‑club experiences and seasonal campaigns.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury resorts or lifestyle brands.
• Strong digital marketing, content creation and social media management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage the full marketing function on‑site.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for creating compelling guest experiences.
