Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

Dr. Scent is seeking a results‑driven Marketing & Growth Manager to lead the company’s digital acquisition strategy and align marketing initiatives with sales objectives. You will be responsible for generating high‑quality leads, optimizing conversion rates, and driving sustainable revenue growth across residential and commercial fragrance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve clear targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing‑driven revenue.
• Manage the full marketing funnel—from awareness to sale—working closely with the sales team to improve lead quality.
• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and marketplace platforms, using performance data to guide decisions.
• Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team (content, ads, design, PR), prioritizing tasks, ensuring high‑quality execution, and fostering continuous development.
• Coordinate weekly with sales and customer service to refine lead quality and address reasons for deal failures.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in digital and performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing campaigns and improving conversion rates.
• Strong leadership experience, capable of motivating and developing a diverse marketing team.
• Deep understanding of the interplay between marketing and sales, with a performance‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver measurable results.
