Marketing Lead – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Versuni is seeking a Marketing Lead for the Middle East & Africa to shape regional marketing strategy, drive growth and manage the portfolio across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 18‑month rolling forecast and align with category ambitions.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategy, product positioning and pricing.
• Localise global strategies using consumer insights and data analytics.
• Own and manage marketing budgets to achieve business and marketing goals.
• Design and implement 360° integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with media, e‑commerce and shopper marketing teams.
• Represent the business to distributors and retailers, co‑creating sales plans with the sales team.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team of Marketing Managers.
• Coordinate workflow with internal teams and external agencies (creative, PR, media, events).
• Analyse market trends to sustain competitive advantage and ensure alignment with global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in business or marketing.
• 12+ years of marketing and commercial experience, preferably in global FMCG, consumer goods or consumer electronics.
• Proven experience in category strategy design with full financial ownership.
• Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and managing budgets.
