Marketing Manager – Ajman Saray Luxury Resort

About the role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Ajman Saray resort. You will lead the development and execution of the property’s marketing plan, manage e‑commerce channels, and build strong relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a leisure marketing plan that drives occupancy through rate offers, packages and programs.
• Maintain, update and manage all property websites and coordinate brand‑loyalty mailings.
• Develop brochure and collateral materials, and oversee property signage and imaging work.
• Analyse website, email campaign and Marriott.com reports to provide data‑driven marketing recommendations.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, track ROI of promotions and reallocate funds as needed.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all advertising, collateral and guest touchpoints.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales or marketing experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market reports and guest data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
