Marketing Manager – B2B Trading Platform / SaaS

About the role

The Marketing Manager will own how the new B2B trading platform is discovered and trusted by suppliers and buyers worldwide. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead both outbound and inbound marketing engines and manage agency relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the outbound stack: lead‑generation data, email sequences, LinkedIn automation (Aimfox), AI cold‑calling scripts and lists.
• Manage the SEO agency and any other agencies against written briefs with clear acceptance criteria, reviewing all deliverables.
• Own platform messaging and content: buyer and supplier pages, category pages, explainer video placement, and conversion to enquiry.
• Write marketing collateral such as emails, LinkedIn posts, one‑pagers, case studies, and the weekly buyer offer template.
• Run the CEO’s LinkedIn profile and the company page as key channels.
• Own events including GITEX Global stand, pre‑booked meetings, supplier dinners and sourcing trips.
• Build a marketing‑to‑pipeline handover process with junior trading managers to ensure replies are handled within 24 hours.
• Report weekly to management on progress and performance metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on B2B marketing experience with 360‑degree responsibilities.
• Strong command of English.
• Proven experience managing an SEO or performance agency and assessing deliverables.
• Comfortable working with data, interpreting deliverability, conversion and attribution numbers and acting on insights.
