Marketing Manager – Education (K-12 Premium School)

About the role

Fortes Education is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives for its K‑12 premium school segment in Dubai. The role bridges brand building, lead generation and conversion, working closely with Admissions, Operations and external partners to deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content and offline channels to drive awareness, enquiries and enrolments.
• Own the full customer acquisition funnel, identify drop‑off points and optimise conversion at each stage.
• Manage lead‑capture processes, CRM integration and marketing automation to streamline workflows.
• Oversee website performance, UX improvements and content strategy to enhance conversion.
• Plan and manage paid media on Google and Meta platforms, analysing performance to maximise ROI.
• Produce dashboards and reports that monitor funnel health and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify partnership opportunities, organise events and community initiatives to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2C marketing, preferably within education or premium consumer segments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
