Marketing Manager – Fabric & Home Care (MENA)

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Fabric & Home Care business unit, based in Dubai. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will combine market intelligence, creative storytelling and client partnership to drive growth across the Middle East & North Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep regional understanding of market, consumer and category dynamics.
• Track macro trends, competitive activity and emerging innovations.
• Lead consumer and market analyses to identify gaps and business opportunities.
• Partner with Consumer & Market Insights to gather behavioural, attitudinal and olfactive learnings.
• Synthesize insights into clear strategic recommendations for internal and client teams.
• Translate insights into engaging concepts, visuals and fragrance directions.
• Develop proactive marketing tools, trend stories and client presentations.
• Support global clients and cross‑regional initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods or fragrance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Creative storytelling skills and a passion for connecting insights with brand expression.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English; multicultural teamwork orientation.
• Based in Dubai and willing to travel within the MENA region.
